Project 01 · Local Business Engine
Big Plumber
Operations-heavy local business engine with full lead capture flows, admin/CRM panel, and content governance for service businesses.
Live demoBig Plumber — local business website frontend mockup - Context
- Simulates a mid-size plumbing company in a competitive US metro market. The client needed a credible, conversion-focused web presence with service management, lead capture, and a back-office for the ops team.
- Problem
- Existing site was slow, unmanaged, and had no admin capabilities. Agencies working in home services often struggle to deliver business-grade systems — not just a marketing front end.
- Solution
- Built a full-stack Next.js platform: multi-page public site with lead capture, emergency flow, and structured service pages — plus a protected admin panel with CRM operations for the client's internal team.
- Implemented Scope
- Public site: Home, Services (with mega-dropdown), Service Detail, Areas, Reviews, Contact, Emergency, FAQ, Financing.
Admin panel: Dashboard, Services CRUD, Service Categories, Orders management, Contact Submissions, Reviews moderation, FAQ management, Company settings, Media library, User roles (ADMIN / MANAGER / DEMO).
UX: Global emergency banner, mobile sticky bar, utility bar with phone, hero lead form. - Results / Signals
- Complete route coverage across public and admin zones. Role-based access model implemented. Lead capture validated end-to-end. Lighthouse score 94 (desktop, home page, PageSpeed Insights — measured on static export, March 2025).
- Demo Limitations
- Admin panel operates in read-only DEMO mode for safe public walkthroughs — data cannot be modified. Backend is mocked; no real database or email delivery in the public demo. Production deployment would require server-side integration.
- Agency Relevance
- Proves ability to deliver a full business platform — not just a landing page. Directly applicable to agency clients in home services, trades, and local businesses who need an operational web system, not a template.

Project 02 · SaaS Frontend
Clarity — SaaS Frontend
SaaS marketing site + full dashboard UI architecture. Demonstrates polished app shell, dashboard UX patterns, and frontend component design quality.
Live demoClarity SaaS — dashboard UI frontend mockup - Context
- Simulates a B2B SaaS productivity tool (AI-assisted meeting and task management). Built to demonstrate that I can handle both the marketing site layer and the full app UI — a capability gap many agencies have when pitching SaaS clients.
- Problem
- Agencies with SaaS clients often can't deliver the app UI — only the marketing front page. This demo shows the full frontend picture: public marketing site plus authenticated app shell with production-quality UX patterns.
- Solution
- Built a complete frontend: marketing pages (/, /features, /pricing, /contact) plus a full app zone (/app/dashboard, /app/meetings, /app/tasks, /app/knowledge, /app/assistant, /app/settings) with sidebar, data tables, and Kanban board.
- Implemented Scope
- Marketing zone: Landing page with feature sections, pricing table (three tiers), contact page.
App zone: Fixed sidebar with nav + user area, Dashboard (metric cards + chart), Meetings list + detail view, Tasks (Kanban board with drag-drop UI), Knowledge cards, AI Assistant chat interface, Settings.
UX details: Suspense skeletons for perceived performance, client-side form validation, blurred glass header, responsive app shell. - Results / Signals
- Complete IA coverage across public and app zones. Polished component design demonstrating dashboard UX competence. Consistent design system across marketing and app layers. Lighthouse 96 (desktop, marketing homepage, PageSpeed Insights — March 2025).
- Demo Limitations
- No real authentication, database, billing, or AI inference. All data is mock/stub. App zones are accessible without login in the public demo. Not a production integration — demonstrates frontend architecture and UI quality only.
- Agency Relevance
- Proves frontend capability for SaaS and dashboard-category clients. If your agency works with startups, internal tools, or B2B software, this build shows you can present a credible development partner for those scopes.
Working with a SaaS client? I can deliver both the marketing site and the full app UI.

Project 03 · SEO Local IA
SM Plumber
SEO-driven local IA pattern. Demonstrates city × service route architecture, repeatable structure for location-focused agency clients.
Live demoSM Plumber — SEO-focused local website mockup - Context
- Simulates a small plumbing operation targeting Miami-Dade County. Designed around the SEO need to rank for "[service] in [city]" queries — the core local SEO pattern for home services agencies.
- Problem
- Local service businesses need to rank across dozens of city + service combinations. Traditional sites can't scale this without duplicate content issues. The architecture needs to be systematic, not manual.
- Solution
- Built a programmatic route architecture: /areas/[city]/[service] with dynamic page generation. Each page is unique in content, structured for local SEO signals (breadcrumbs, schema, geo-targeted copy), and scalable to hundreds of combinations without content duplication.
- Implemented Scope
- Public site: Services index, Service detail pages, Areas index, City landing pages, City + Service hyperlocal pages (programmatic), FAQ pages, Contact.
Admin panel: Overview dashboard, Orders management, Contact submissions, Services CRUD, Categories, Areas management, FAQ, Reviews, Company settings.
SEO: Breadcrumb schema, local business schema, canonical URLs, city-specific meta tags, sitemap generation. - Results / Signals
- Full route coverage across service × area combinations. Breadcrumb navigation implemented with structured data. Scalable to 500+ hyperlocal pages without code changes. Programmatic route pattern validated across multiple city/service combinations.
- Demo Limitations
- Public demo shows a limited subset of city/service combinations. Full programmatic generation requires a build step with a complete data source. Admin panel is read-only. Demo content uses placeholder copy — production deployment would use client-specific content.
- Agency Relevance
- Directly applicable to any agency with local business clients in home services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping). The same pattern scales to any service × location business. Demonstrates the repeatable architecture that agencies can productize.
Working with local service businesses? This SEO IA pattern is directly reusable across industries.
