Introduction
AgencyPartner.dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit agencypartner.dev (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
This policy is designed to meet common transparency expectations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law, and U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, “CCPA/CPRA”). It is a template for this prototype — your legal counsel should review it before production use, especially once you operate a real business, use analytics, CRM, email providers, or host personal data.

The controller of your personal data is:

- [Registered address]
- Email: hello@agencypartner.dev
- Phone: +995 555 445 984
Replace the bracketed placeholders with your actual legal name and address. If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), we will publish their contact details here where required by law.

- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, general location derived from IP, date/time of requests, and similar data collected by hosting infrastructure, content delivery networks, or security tools when you load pages.

Contact form. Submissions are sent through our server to the channel we configure for delivery (for example a messaging integration). Personal data is processed as described in this policy and in your agreements with subprocessors — update this section to match your production setup.
Purposes and legal bases (including GDPR)
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries and providing information — GDPR legal bases: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and/or legitimate interests in operating our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Operating, securing, and improving the Site — Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, analytics where applicable) (Art. 6(1)(f)), or consent where we rely on non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Complying with legal obligations — e.g., tax, accounting, or lawful requests (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Direct marketing — only if you opt in where required; we will rely on consent or soft opt-in only as permitted by law.
You are not required to provide personal information to browse the Site; providing contact details is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your message.
Cookies and similar technologies
If you opt in via our cookie banner, we may load Google Analytics 4 (web
analytics) and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings, heatmaps, and similar
behavioral insights). Those tools may use cookies or local storage and send technical and usage data (such as device
and interaction data) to Google and Microsoft in accordance with their policies. We load these scripts only after you click Accept; if you click Reject or do not consent, they are not loaded. We store your choice in a first-party cookie
named cookie_consent (or you can use “Cookie settings” in the footer to
withdraw consent and choose again).
Your browser may also make requests to third parties that provide assets or services:
- Google Fonts: The Site loads fonts from Google’s servers (e.g.,
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com). Those requests may disclose technical data (such as IP address) to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how they process data. You may self-host fonts or use system fonts to reduce this in production. - Tailwind CSS Play CDN: The prototype may load Tailwind from
cdn.tailwindcss.com; that request may share technical data with the CDN operator.
Where required by law, we obtain consent before non-essential analytics cookies and provide this notice; you may withdraw consent at any time as described above and in Your rights.
International transfers of personal data
We may process data in the United States and other countries that may not be deemed “adequate” by the European Commission. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to such countries, we will implement appropriate safeguards required by law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms, and we will assess supplementary measures where appropriate.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Typical criteria include the duration of our relationship, statutory limitation periods, and legal retention requirements. Inquiry records may be kept for a limited period unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive certain information about processing;
- Rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances;
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the EEA, you can find your authority via the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, contact the ICO.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
US privacy rights (including California)
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to:
- Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect;
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable;
- Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable;

CCPA/CPRA categories (California). In the preceding twelve months, we may collect identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (business inquiries), internet or network activity (browsing/interaction with the Site), and geolocation data derived from IP. If you accept analytics cookies, Clarity and GA4 may process internet or network activity and related identifiers as described in their privacy notices. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Depending on how analytics vendors classify data use in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — you can decline optional analytics via our cookie banner (or clear your choice under Cookie settings) and contact us for other requests. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a “Limit the Use” link under CPRA unless we describe that processing here — currently we do not.
California residents may submit requests by emailing hello@agencypartner.dev. We will verify your request as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent under applicable rules.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
